Is the co-founder of Akyado, the Swiss Nailology Brand. Created in 1999, the company started in a garage with one objectif : offer trainings and products to help women to become successful  business women. Very quickly the company grew and the brand Akyado became a reference on the Swiss market with the  quality products and trainings. Akyado did so well that it change  the economic side of the beauty industry in Swizerland and Josiane received in 2007 the price of the Swiss Business Woman. The same year the company received the price of the Swiss Business Innovators. Josiane now dedicates her time to develop an amazing Franchising Concept called : Akyado Nail Lounge to serve the Nail Technicians all around the globe. Her objectif is to bring on the market a reference in terms of products quality and care in a premium Nail Lounge.
